You must be capable of forming a binding contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders & Scope of Work

When you place an order, you provide details including level, unit, pages, urgency, notes, and any files. We may contact you to clarify requirements. Delivery timelines are estimates. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, due to policy or availability).

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are anchored in USD. You may see converted totals in other currencies for convenience; conversion is indicative only. The final charge is based on the USD anchor. Taxes or payment fees may apply where required. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

4. Uploads & Your Content

You may upload files strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You represent that you have the rights to share such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your uploads solely to provide the Service. Do not upload harmful code or illegal content.

5. Academic Integrity & Ethical Use

Our guidance, exemplars, and model answers are provided for learning and reference. You must not submit our materials as your own assessed work or otherwise engage in academic misconduct. You remain responsible for complying with your institution’s regulations and applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Service (e.g., abuse, scraping, spamming, probing, or disrupting operation).
• Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
