Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 13 September 2025
We want everyone to be able to use cipdassessments.com. Our aim is to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across core journeys (browsing, quoting, ordering, account access) and to continuously improve beyond that baseline.
What we’re doing
- Semantic HTML, proper landmarks, and a visible skip link.
- Keyboard operability and focus styles across interactive controls.
- Meaningful link text and accessible names for icons and buttons.
- Colour contrast meeting or exceeding AA in our design tokens.
- Forms with labels, error messages linked via
aria-describedby, and status regions. - Responsive design for a wide range of devices and zoom levels.
Compatibility & assistive tech
We test with recent versions of major browsers and assistive technologies. If you encounter an issue in your setup, please let us know so we can investigate.
Known limitations
- Documents uploaded by users may not be fully accessible. If you need an alternative format, contact us and we’ll help where feasible.
- Third-party embeds (e.g., media or widgets) may have constraints outside our control.
Requesting alternative formats
We can provide information in alternative formats on request (for example, large print or simplified structure). Please contact us with the page URL and your preferred format.
Feedback & contact
If you experience any accessibility barriers, or have suggestions for improvement, please email accessibility@cipdassessments.com. Include the page URL, the issue you faced, and your browser/assistive tech if possible. You can also reach us via our contact form.
Enforcement & continuous improvement
We review accessibility as part of our design and development process. Significant changes are audited and any regressions are prioritised for remediation.
